10 Stars if possible. Wonderful experience. I made a mistake shipping to a customer in the SD area, called Simon, and within an hour a forklift was delivered and a time sensitive shipment was completed. The delivery driver, Harry, even helped my customer do some heavy lifting to help get everything unloaded. Could not recommend this group more.
